Her Story
Esmeralda first appeared in the cemetery like she belonged there — quietly watching, wandering the pathways, and showing up on tours as if she had an assignment. Over time, she became a familiar presence to our team and a favorite among visitors.
Some of the guides started calling her a “guide for the guides,” because she always seemed to appear at the right moment — sitting nearby, following along, or keeping watch from a distance.
Eventually, one of our guides brought her home, and Esmeralda traded cemetery life for comfort, safety, and a little luxury. But no matter where she is now, her story will always begin here — and we’re excited to keep sharing it.
